About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Hemp Paradise, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our high-quality hemp products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Hemp Paradise products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Provide product information and demonstrations to potential customers
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional activities
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities
Requirements
Prior experience in sales, preferably in the hemp or wellness industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Self-motivated and target-driven
Knowledge of hemp products and industry trends is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
